About the role

Provide hands-on outpatient care in clinics by evaluating patients and developing personalized treatment plans. Leverage technology and outcome data to inform clinical decisions, document evaluations and treatments clearly, and collaborate with team members to foster growth and a positive clinic culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care through evaluations and personalized treatment plans

Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist (PT)
