About the Role
PeteDME is building a nationwide network of home-based therapists to provide integrated musculoskeletal (MSK) care for patients with back, knee, and other MSK conditions. This opportunity is designed for therapists currently practicing in Home Health, Mobile Outpatient, or other in-home clinical settings who want to enhance patient care while creating additional income from their existing caseload.
Integrated MSK Care combines:
- Expert Physical Therapy
- Custom-Fit Orthopedic Bracing
- Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM)
This model improves patient engagement, supports recovery, and allows therapists to deliver a more complete MSK care experience within their existing workflow—without sales, cold calling, or finding new patients.

Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in your state
- Currently employed in Home Health or another in-home patient care setting
- Actively treating patients in their homes
- Reliable personal transportation
