Physical Therapist (PT) - Weekend Part-Time

Volare Health is seeking a Weekend Physical Therapist to provide part-time coverage at three skilled nursing facilities in the Eugene, Oregon area. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through patient evaluations and care.

Schedule

• Part-Time: Saturdays & Sundays
• Flexible hours based on facility needs
• Opportunity to pick up additional PRN shifts if desired

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and screenings across assigned facilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive patient outcomes
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and billing
• Support patient progress through strong clinical judgment and problem-solving

Requirements

• Physical Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
• Accurate and timely completion of documentation and billing
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks

Employee Referral Bonus

• Therapists: $5,000 total bonus ($1,250 payouts)
• Assistants: $3,000 total bonus ($750 payouts)

Bonuses are paid at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months of the referred employee’s tenure.
