Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per individualized care plans
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans
• Document services accurately and timely
• Collaborate with PTAs, rehab techs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited PT program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active Maine PT license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying patient needs and schedules
