Physical Therapist (PT) — Skilled Nursing
About the role
TheraDynamics is a therapist-owned rehabilitation company with over 20 years of experience delivering exceptional patient outcomes across the Tri-State area. We believe in manageable caseloads, clinical autonomy, and investing in our therapists' growth. At TheraDynamics, we do not just fill positions — we build careers. As a therapist-owned company, we understand what clinicians need to thrive: reasonable productivity expectations, a supportive interdisciplinary team, and the freedom to practice evidence-based care without corporate pressure. Our SNF teams work collaboratively with nursing, physicians, and families to deliver meaningful functional outcomes for a diverse geriatric population.
Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist in our Skilled Nursing setting, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, and play a direct role in helping patients return to their highest level of independence. Your caseload will be manageable, and your clinical judgment will be respected.
