Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement patient care plans that promote successful outcomes.
• Train and mentor physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care.
• Ensure the facility meets all accreditation requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum with a bachelors or masters, or doctoral degree with certification in physical therapy or a foreign-trained equivalent by date of hire.
