About the role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic rehab team at PAM Health. Ideal candidates will have outpatient hospital experience or be eager to learn, and new graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical best practices.
- Provide hands-on therapy interventions and guide patients through progressive recovery, ensuring care is age-appropriate and compassionate.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress, set shared goals, and ensure coordinated care.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility strategies, safety, and long-term health and wellness.
- Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants and other team members involved in patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with relevant laws, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered care environment.
Requirements
- PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
- Current BLS certification required.
- One year of clinical experience preferred.
