About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team, providing top rehabilitation care to residents in skilled nursing and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical caregivers to ensure residents achieve full recovery and return to daily activities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Document patient care and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program, with at least a Bachelor's of Science Degree.
• Valid Physical Therapy license in the service state.
