Physical Therapist (PT) - Sign-on Bonus

Role Overview: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides direct rehabilitative care to patients in a skilled nursing facility environment. Key Responsibilities Implement and modify patient-specific treatment plans to improve functional outcomes.Supervise and evaluate care provided by PT assistants, aides, and students.Document patient progress accurately and timely using therapy software.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.Assist in patient evacuation and maintain safety protocols.Maintain professional relationships, confidentiality, and adhere to company policies.Participate in community health initiatives as appropriate. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT).Active state licensing and registration.CPR certification (current or obtained during orientation).Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective communication skills.Ability to make independent decisions, demonstrate good body mechanics, and work as part of a team.Desire to contribute to patient recovery and quality of life. Additional Duties Establish, assess, and adjust treatment goals.Chart patient progress and utilize therapy software effectively.Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.Participate in professional development and mandatory compliance training.
