Physical Therapist - PT/RPT (Part time - 5k SO)
About the role
The Pines at Rutland is a beautiful facility offering physical therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing setting. The position is part-time (25 hours) and is split between two departments located in Rutland, VT.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner using electronic documentation systems
- Adhere to Good Faith Rate Range: $40.00 - $50.00
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
- Possess strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation
- Show good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
- Work well with others in a team setting
- Have SNF experience
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and a desire to provide high-quality therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting. A background in sub-acute/skilled nursing is preferred.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency with electronic medical records systems are essential.
