About the role

Part-Time (25 hours) Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position split between two sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab departments in Rutland, VT. $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy license or license eligible to practice in Vermont
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation
• Must have SNF (skilled nursing facility) experience

Pay

Good Faith Rate Range: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
