Your Role And Impact
- Lead with Expertise: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical function
- Create Impactful Care Plans: Design personalized, patient-centered treatment plans
- Deliver Innovative Therapy: Implement and delegate care using various therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate for Continuity: Work closely with multidisciplinary team for seamless care coordination
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must be flexible, a team player, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize daily assignments effectively
- Able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions, and communicate information clearly
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including email and internet use
- Strong working knowledge of Windows-based programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
- Working knowledge of State Practice Act guidelines and Federal Medicaid and Medicare regulations
- Problem Solving and Decision Making: Exercise sound judgment and discretion, respond appropriately to changing circumstances, and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in physical therapy required, Master’s or DPT preferred
- CT PT license and BLS certification required
- Open to recent graduates
- One year experience in acute care or outpatient setting preferred
