Physical Therapist (PT, Rehab) - Outpatient

Description

A clinically competent Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for planning, assessing, interpreting and implementing treatment programs according to the need of age specific categories of patients and as medically prescribed for our inpatient and/or outpatient patients.

Effectively interacts and communicates with patients, families, and other health team members, according to the principles, ethics, practices and standards of professional therapy practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Equivalent to Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. CT Physical Therapist (PT) active or temporary license.
• CPR certification.
• Experience In An Outpatient Setting Is Preferred.
• Vestibular rehab experience is preferred.
