About the role

We are seeking a hybrid Outpatient/Inpatient PRN Physical Therapist to join our team at PAM Health. Ideal candidates should have prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning.

Responsibilities

• Care for a diverse patient population requiring extended hospital care.
• Manage and provide care to patients in an age-appropriate manner.
• Ensure compliance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act of the relevant state, professional code of ethics, and PAM Health's policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

• PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for providing compassionate care to chronically and critically ill patients.
