Physical Therapist - PT - PRN

About the Role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Rehab Team at Lutheran Hillside Village. This role is ideal for someone passionate about impacting the lives of the older adult population. Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans, including supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience is a plus but not required.
