About the role

Responsible for leading a team of developers in designing and implementing innovative software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in design sprints and facilitate discussions on new features and improvements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Git, and Slack.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and software architecture.
  • Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C#, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies.

Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
