Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage team resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and technology.
  • Monitor progress against project milestones, adjust plans as necessary, and report on status updates.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
  • Understanding of risk management and contingency planning.
