About the role

Responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Work closely with designers to ensure that the software meets both functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code audits and security assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and SDLC processes.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
