About the role
Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Prescott, WI Skilled Nursing Facility. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.
Qualifications
- Physical Therapy license in state of employment
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
Requirements
Minimum of 2 Days per week, 10 Hours per Week.
