Physical Therapist (PT) - Pediatric Home Health

About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You'll assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions that support each child's functional independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions for pediatric patients
• Work closely with clinical and operational leaders to ensure client needs are met
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs
• Provide therapy sessions in the comfort of the patient's home

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges

Schedule

• Part-Time: Fewer than 24 visits per week
• Full-Time: 25+ visits per week

Compensation

• Sign on Bonus: $5,000 sign on bonus for Full-Time (FT) positions
• $2,500 sign on bonus for Part-Time (PT) positions with a minimum visit requirement of 12 visits
• Evaluation Rate: $100.00 visit rate
• Visit Rate: $65.00 - $75.00 per visit commensurate with experience
