Physical Therapist (PT) Home Care Pediatric

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and top-quality Physical Therapist to provide excellent patient care in our home-based care system. You will have the opportunity to care for a wide range of patient populations and diagnoses, allowing you to exercise your expertise and specialties including neurological, orthopedic, vestibular, LSVT Loud / BIG, aquatics, sports medicine, and more.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in their homes across the greater Waterbury area
• Treat a variety of conditions from infants to seniors
• Exercise expertise and specialties in areas such as neurological, orthopedic, vestibular, LSVT Loud / BIG, aquatics, sports medicine, and others
• Work within our accredited CARF program

Requirements

• DPT degree required
• Current Physical Therapy License
• CPR certification required

• Strong clinical skills and experience in multiple therapeutic areas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about providing high-quality patient care
