Symbria Rehab is seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our employee-owned team at The Sheridan at Tyler Creek in Elgin, IL. If you're passionate about helping patients recover, regain mobility, and improve physical function, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs.
• Help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.
• Set goals, track progress, and maintain productivity standards.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Holds a valid state license (or is in the process of obtaining one if a recent graduate).
• Previous experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a plus but not required.
• Passion for working with patients and contributing to their recovery journey.
