Physical Therapist / PT - part-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Conduct physical therapy assessments and evaluations
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patient function and mobility
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for providing quality patient care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Successfully completed all required coursework and clinical hours
• Current CPR certification
