Base Salary: $78,000 – $95,000 (DOE)
Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus: Up to $1,500 based on clinic performance

PT Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients
- Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through rehabilitation programs
- Utilize manual therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
- Foster a positive, team-focused clinic environment
Qualifications
- Active CO Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
