As a Physical Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside multiple experienced clinical teams while treating a diverse outpatient population. You'll provide individualized, evidence-based care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgery, balance and vestibular disorders, neurological conditions, musculoskeletal impairments, and mobility limitations. Your Role: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of careDeliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of lifeTreat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, vestibular, balance, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditionsCollaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomesEducate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programsMaintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomesUtilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care timeUtilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient managementWork within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient cliniciansContribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy programCurrent Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensureCPR certification or willingness to obtain as requiredAbility and willingness to travel between assigned clinic locationsNew graduates are encouraged to apply Benefits Competitive Compensation: $82,000 - $90,000 annually.
