Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life
• Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation and balance-related impairments
• Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff to support exceptional patient outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies
• Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progression, and outcomes
• Build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Arkansas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
• Current CPR certification
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
