Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life
- Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation and balance-related impairments
- Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff to support exceptional patient outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies
- Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progression, and outcomes
- Build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Arkansas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
- Current CPR certification
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
