Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

Role Overview: Provides safe and effective Physical Therapy services through patient evaluation, treatment, and education to meet functional goals. Maintains professional communication with patients, families, and team members to promote teamwork. Responsibilities Assess and treat patients with various injuries and conditions affecting mobility and independence.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in outpatient and inpatient settings, offering specialized rehab services such as orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and balance therapy.Document clinical information clearly and professionally, ensuring effective communication.Travel to multiple care points as needed. Qualifications & Skills Valid unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.Strong knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation principles.Excellent communication, counseling, and group presentation skills.Effective team-building and time management abilities, capable of handling a fast-paced environment. Physical Demands: Includes frequent lifting, bending, reaching, manual dexterity, and walking, with occasional climbing, crawling, and vehicle entry. Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in dynamic conditions is essential.
