About the role

Providing outpatient physical therapy services in a hospital-based setting, focusing on evaluating, treating, and restoring patient mobility, reducing pain, and preventing disability.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor progress
• Educate patients and families about recovery goals
• Document treatments and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and ensure compliance with standards
• Provide patient-centered, evidence-based care in an outpatient environment with individualized, therapist-driven schedules, no double booking, and EMR integration

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate in Physical Therapy
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy
• Current BCLS (AHA) certification
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
