  Responsibilities

  • Provides medically prescribed physical therapy services to evaluate, treat, and restore function while improving mobility, reducing pain, and preventing disability.
    
  • Delivers patient-centered care in accordance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practices.
    
  • Performs patient evaluations and physical therapy assessments.
    
  • Develops and implements individualized treatment plans.
    
  • Provides therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation and functional improvement.
    
  • Maintains compliance with regulatory, licensing, and patient safety standards.
    
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
    
  • Edits and documents evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately.
    
  • Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

  Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
    
  • Experience: Current state Physical Therapy license.
    
  • Training: Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
