Our Norwalk practice operates independently, offering a 1x1 patient to PT model to ensure high-quality care and prevent burnout. Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely patient flow
• Determine necessary PT based on prescriptions, referrals, patient condition, and records
• Review patient records, strategize, create, and carry out treatment plans
• Track and report treatment progress; adjust as necessary
• Oversee all assistant, technician, and student job assignments/activities (when necessary)
• Keep timely documentation including daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, and discharge summaries
• Plan and conduct lectures on PT and related training for in-house staff and community groups

Qualifications

• Connecticut Physical Therapy License
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Medical Specialties: Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, Sports Medicine, Balance & Vestibular Training (Preferred), Pelvic Floor (Optional)
