Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities.
• Afford assistance to persons with physical challenges to enhance mobility and function, independent self-care, and other skills needed for daily living.
• Administer skilled care to clients needing intermittent professional services.
• Instruct family members and other members of the healthcare team about the provided care.

Requirements

• Valid state driver's license.
• Automobile liability insurance.
• Wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
• Dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Ability to drive in various weather conditions.
• Currently licensed in the state of employment.

Qualifications

Pay

$60,000 - $66,000 (based on years of experience)
