Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health - Part Time

Compensation Range: $45.67/hr–$48.07/hr (salary based on years of experience).

This part-time salaried position works 24 hours per week over 4 days and is eligible for our 60% paid days off program.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility, function, independent self-care, and daily-living skills.
• Administer skilled care and teach families and healthcare-team members in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.
• Participate in Specialty Programs: Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program, and Total Shoulder Replacement Program.

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Automobile liability insurance.
• Seatbelt use at all times while driving.
• Dependable, well-maintained transportation.
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions.
• Current state licensure in the state of employment.
