Responsibilities
- Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using modalities to improve mobility, function, and self-care skills.
- Administer skilled care per physician’s orders and established plans of care.
- Teach family members and healthcare team members.
- Focus on specialty programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and joint replacement programs.
Requirements
- Valid state physical therapy license.
- Valid driver’s license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation.
- Ability to drive in various weather conditions.
- Must maintain seatbelt use and meet all licensing requirements.
