Responsibilities
- Deliver pediatric physical therapy in home-based settings
- Partner closely with families and care teams
- Support strength, mobility, and confidence through efficient, point-of-care documentation tools
Requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Mets APTA qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy License in State of Practice
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
