The Role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated team at PAM Health. The ideal candidate will have either prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning and growing in this field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise physical therapy services to patients in an age-appropriate manner, adhering to state practice acts and professional ethical standards.
• Manage patient care plans and ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and progress, adjusting treatments as necessary to meet individual goals.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance professional skills.

Requirements

• Current PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
