The Role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated team at PAM Health. The ideal candidate will have either prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning and growing in this field.
Responsibilities
- Deliver, direct, and supervise physical therapy services to patients in an age-appropriate manner, adhering to the Physical Therapy Practice Act of the relevant state, professional ethics, and PAM Health’s policies and procedures.
- Manage patient/patient care effectively.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
- Current PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One year of clinical experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Passion for providing compassionate care to chronically and critically ill patients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
