About the role

The Physical Therapist (PT) position at PAM Health is seeking a dedicated professional with either prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning. We care for a diverse patient population requiring extended hospital care across 80+ locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct, and supervise care in an age-appropriate manner, adhering to the Physical Therapy Practice Act, professional code of ethics, and PAM Health policies.
• Manage patient/patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
