About the Role
FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Physical Therapist (Independent Contractor) to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in Wasco and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
- Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
- Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition.
- Determine and implement the plan of care for each patient.
Requirements
- Current, active, and unrestricted Physical Therapist license issued by the state board of Physical Therapy (conditional, provisional, or restricted licenses will not be accepted; limited permits are not accepted).
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Ability and enthusiasm to work with patients of all ages.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Smartphone.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
