PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) - ELIZABETHTOWN HEALTHCARE & REHAB CENTER

About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our multidisciplinary team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. The ideal candidate will work in a supportive rehab environment, addressing a variety of diseases and impairments through progressive treatment modalities.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families.
• Be responsive and individualize treatment plans to meet the needs of each patient.
• Supportive and progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
• In-house therapy with local management support.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state where the SNF is located.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
