Summit Home Health Care is hiring dedicated Physical Therapists to deliver home-based therapy to individuals supported through New Jersey DDD. We're looking for PTs who want flexibility, autonomy, and measurable impact.

Requirements
- Active New Jersey PT license
- Active CPR Certification
- Experience with neuro/developmental populations preferred
- Reliable transportation
