About the Role
Physical Therapist in a facility-based setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
- Deliver physical therapy to help patients restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.
- Collaborate with team members and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of eligibility.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of progressive PT experience.
- For degrees earned outside the U.S., degree must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. standards.
