Physical Therapist - PT

Role Overview: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team, adhering to professional standards and ethical practices. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations to determine patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing exercises, manual therapies, and modalities to enhance physical function.Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and self-management strategies.Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulations.Collaborate with team members to ensure holistic patient care.Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Current valid state PT licensure or certification.Preferred CPR certification.0-1 years of experience. Additional Requirements: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
