Physical Therapist (PT)

With a legacy spanning over four decades, we serve skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Develop recovery plans
• Deliver physical therapy
• Address the whole patient and see them as individuals
• Find joy in the variety of work and settings
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals
• Train patients and caregivers on skills for independence and productivity

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
