About the role
You help patients get well by assessing their needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy. You are adaptable, see patients as individuals, and enjoy the variety of work and settings. You are a teacher who trains patients and caregivers on skills for independence and productivity. Qualifications
Requirements for this position include:
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The schedule for this role is typically full-time, with flexible hours to accommodate patient needs.
Location/Work Environment
This role is based in an in-facility setting, providing physical therapy services to patients in skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care.
Reporting Structure
Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
