Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Develop recovery plans
• Deliver physical therapy
• Address the whole patient and see them as individuals
• Find joy in the variety of the work and the settings
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals as needed
• Train patients and caregivers on skills for independence and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Vermont
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to adapt to the needs of the patient
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
