About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Affirm patient needs and develop recovery plans
  • Deliver physical therapy in various settings
  • Assess patient needs and design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities
  • Collaborate with peers and make referrals as needed
  • Train patients and caregivers on skills promoting independence and productivity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland
  • Experience in home healthcare or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and settings

Full-time position based in facility.

Reporting Structure

Reports to Director of Rehab.
