Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist at Powerback, you assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. Your role involves:
- Assessing patient needs
- Developing recovery plans
- Delivering physical therapy
- Addressing the whole patient and seeing them as individuals
- Designing programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities
- Adapting to the needs of the patient and finding joy in the variety of work
- Making referrals to help patients get the care they need
- Training patients and caregivers on skills for independence and productivity
Qualifications
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- A Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- A Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
Pay
Full-Time PT's earn up to $55.00/hr. Ask about our MOD COMP program!
