Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop their recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to help patients restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.
• Address the whole patient and tailor care to their individual needs.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive the care they need to thrive.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills that promote independence and productivity.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• A Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• A Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $49.00 - USD $54.00 /Hr.
