Powerback is actively seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) in this unique setting.
About the Role
Eagleville Hospital strives to deliver the best care and recovery services through a Recovery-Oriented System of Care, which now includes Physical and Occupational Therapy. Eagleville is a specialty health care facility dedicated to supporting the recovery of those who are challenged by substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders, including patients who are traditionally underserved.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs
- Develop recovery plans
- Deliver physical therapy
- Address the whole patient and see them as an individual
- Find joy in the variety of the work and the settings
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals
- Train patients and caregivers on the skills they need to promote independence and productivity
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy

Pay
USD $45.00 - USD $52.00 /Hr. Bonus: USD $10,000.00
