Physical Therapist (PT)

Role Overview

A Physical Therapist provides patient-centered rehabilitation care in a facility setting, assessing needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering therapy to help patients regain their physical abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy programs
• Deliver physical therapy to promote recovery, independence, and improved function
• Collaborate with team members and refer patients as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on skills to maintain progress

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid state license or proof of eligibility
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field with relevant credentials
• Experience or educational evaluation for degrees earned outside the U.S.
• Adaptability, teamwork, and strong communication skills

Key Duties

• Assess patients, develop and implement therapy plans, collaborate with healthcare team, and educate patients and caregivers to facilitate recovery and independence.
